Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Maverick ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website, the purchase of Maverick products, and all related services. By accessing our website, browsing our product offerings, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Product Description

Maverick designs, markets, and sells the Maverick edge AI agent — a standalone hardware device engineered to deliver on-device artificial intelligence capabilities without reliance on cloud infrastructure. The device is designed for personal and professional use cases including but not limited to smart home automation, personal assistance, task automation, and local data processing.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and other content on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Colors may vary slightly depending on your display settings. Product specifications are subject to change without notice as we continuously improve our hardware and firmware. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and for which payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, including errors caused by technical issues, and may cancel any order placed at an incorrectly listed price.

Maverick accepts the following payment methods:

• Bitcoin (BTC): We accept Bitcoin payments for all orders. Bitcoin payment instructions, including the designated wallet address and exact amount in BTC, will be provided during checkout. Payment must be received within the timeframe specified at checkout (typically 30 minutes from order placement). The BTC exchange rate is locked at the time of order placement. If the payment is not received within the specified window, the order will be automatically cancelled, and you may place a new order at the prevailing rate.
• Fiat Payments: We also accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other digital payment methods as displayed at checkout. All fiat payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the website, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Maverick. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs only when the product has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information, including but not limited to inaccurate shipping addresses or payment details.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses worldwide, subject to the limitations outlined in our Shipping Policy. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods will be communicated during checkout and may vary depending on your location. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Maverick purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy, including that the product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Intellectual Property

All content on the Maverick website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Maverick or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The Maverick name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Maverick or its affiliates.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent. Any use of the Maverick name, trademarks, or logos not expressly permitted by these Terms is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of intellectual property laws.

Product Use and Restrictions

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Maverick device and its included firmware for personal or authorized commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the device firmware; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the device or firmware; (c) use the device for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations; (d) attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features of the device; or (e) use the device in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the device's functionality.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAVERICK, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT MAVERICK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAVERICK'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MAVERICK FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Warranty Disclaimer

MAVERICK PRODUCTS AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MAVERICK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

While Maverick stands behind the quality of its hardware, any manufacturer's warranty is provided solely by the original equipment manufacturer as applicable, and Maverick does not independently warrant the hardware beyond the return and refund terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Firmware updates are provided at our discretion and may modify or remove features at any time.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maverick and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the website or any Maverick product; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the website or products shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue any remedies available at law or in equity.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States, for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms. You waive any objection to the venue of such courts and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms.

Force Majeure

Maverick shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, semiconductor shortages, shipping carrier delays, or failure of third-party service providers.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through our website or by email. Your continued use of the website or services after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Severability
