At Maverick, we are committed to delivering your edge AI agent hardware to your door efficiently and reliably, wherever you are in the world. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping practices, including processing times, available shipping methods, delivery estimates by region, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong with your shipment. We partner with trusted international carriers to ensure your Maverick device arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Destinations

Maverick ships to virtually all countries and territories worldwide. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address, and our system will automatically determine the available shipping methods and estimated delivery times for your location. In rare circumstances, we may be unable to ship to certain destinations due to regulatory restrictions, trade embargoes, or carrier limitations. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before they are dispatched. Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation (including Bitcoin network confirmation), inventory allocation, quality inspection, and packaging. Standard processing time is three (3) to five (5) business days from the time your payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended, and we will communicate any such delays via email.

For Bitcoin payments, please note that order processing begins only after the Bitcoin transaction has received the required number of network confirmations (typically six confirmations). This is a security measure to prevent fraud and ensure payment verification. Processing time is separate from and in addition to the shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer multiple shipping options to balance speed and cost based on your needs and location. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to you. Our available shipping methods and their general characteristics are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Our most economical option, delivered via trusted postal services and regional carriers. Standard shipping provides reliable delivery with basic tracking capabilities. This is our default shipping method for orders under $500.
  • Express Shipping: A faster option delivered via major international express carriers. Express shipping includes enhanced tracking with milestone updates and priority handling throughout the delivery chain. Recommended for time-sensitive orders.
  • Premium Shipping: Our fastest available option, delivered via premium express carriers with the highest priority. Premium shipping includes full door-to-door tracking, signature confirmation, and expedited customs processing where available.

The specific carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the selected shipping method. We work with a network of carriers including major international logistics providers and regional specialists to ensure the best possible delivery experience.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order value. We offer the following shipping cost structure:

  • Free Shipping: All orders with a subtotal of $500 USD or more qualify for free Standard Shipping. This applies to all eligible destinations worldwide.
  • Standard Shipping (under $500): Shipping fees for orders under $500 range from $25 to $60 USD depending on your region. Exact costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Express and Premium Shipping: These upgraded shipping methods are available at an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Shipping costs and promotions are subject to change without notice. The shipping cost displayed at the time of checkout is the final cost and will not change after your order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The estimates below represent typical transit times after the order processing period has been completed. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier schedules, and other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your account on our website to view the current status and location of your shipment. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 to 48 hours after the shipping confirmation is sent, as the carrier needs time to scan and register the package in their system.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than five (5) consecutive business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate the status of your shipment with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we work diligently to meet all estimated delivery timelines, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, customs clearance processing, carrier operational issues, pandemic related disruptions, peak shipping seasons, and local holidays. In the event of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an updated estimated delivery date. Maverick shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All Maverick shipments are insured against loss and damage during transit. If your package is confirmed lost, please contact our support team, and we will investigate the matter with the carrier. If the package cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe (typically 15 business days for domestic shipments and 30 business days for international shipments), we will either ship a replacement unit at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your discretion.

If your Maverick device arrives visibly damaged, please do not attempt to use it. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and device. We will arrange for a return and ship a replacement unit at no additional cost to you. You must retain all original packaging and materials for the claims process.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process. Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address. In such cases, you may need to coordinate with the carrier directly to arrange a delivery redirect, which may incur additional fees charged by the carrier.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. Maverick is not responsible for delivery failures, returns, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses for Standard and Express shipping methods, as these services require a physical delivery address. APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are accepted for Standard Shipping only, subject to carrier availability. If your address is a P.O. Box, please provide an alternative physical address for delivery. If you have questions about whether your specific address type is supported, please contact our support team before placing your order.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Maverick does not collect, prepay, or have control over these charges, and they are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We declare the full value of your order on all customs documentation as required by international trade regulations. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue merchandise to circumvent customs duties, as doing so violates international trade law. Before placing an international order, we recommend that you check with your local customs office to understand the potential duties and taxes that may apply to your purchase.

If a package is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fees. Refunds for refused shipments will be issued minus the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to optimize delivery speed and reliability. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. The total shipping cost charged at checkout covers the entire order regardless of the number of shipments. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
