System Status
Current Status
All Maverick cloud-facing services are operating normally. The table below reflects the real-time status of systems that support account management, ordering, community features, and documentation. Your Maverick device itself operates entirely on your local network and is not affected by the status of these services.
- Cloud Services — Operational. Account sync, device registration, and over-the-air firmware delivery are functioning normally.
- Payment Processing — Operational. Orders, subscriptions, and refund processing through our payment provider are all processing without issues.
- Email Delivery — Operational. Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and support follow-ups are being delivered on time.
- Community Platform — Operational. Discord bot integrations, forum synchronization, and community event registration are all running smoothly.
- API Documentation — Operational. The public documentation site and interactive API explorer are accessible and up to date.
Scheduled Maintenance
There are no scheduled maintenance windows at this time. When maintenance is planned, we post details here at least 72 hours in advance, including the expected duration, affected services, and any impact on device functionality. Historical maintenance records are archived and available upon request from our support team.
Past Incidents
June 14, 2026 — Payment Processing Delay
Duration: 2 hours 15 minutes (02:30 UTC – 04:45 UTC)
A configuration change in our payment provider's routing layer caused a subset of checkout transactions to return timeout errors. Customers affected by this issue received automatic retry processing, and no duplicate charges were observed. The root cause was identified as an improperly propagated DNS update following a data center failover test. We have since implemented additional validation checks in our deployment pipeline to prevent recurrence.
Status: Resolved
May 3, 2026 — Community Platform Intermittent Errors
Duration: 45 minutes (18:00 UTC – 18:45 UTC)
Our community forum experienced intermittent 502 errors during a scheduled database migration. The migration script exceeded its expected execution time due to an unexpectedly large attachments table, causing temporary connection pool exhaustion. Forum users saw error pages when attempting to create or reply to threads during this window. The migration was completed successfully, and we have updated our migration procedures to include pre-migration table size checks and connection pool scaling.
